ManpowerGroup announced that it has appointed Sébastien Delfosse to lead Belgium and Luxembourg in his new role as managing director, Belgium and Luxembourg.  Currently People and Culture Director for Northern Europe, Delfosse will have responsibility for all brands and solutions offered by ManpowerGroup in Belgium, Manpower, Experis, Jefferson Wells and Talent Solutions, as well as the Stegmann brand. He will also be responsible for ManpowerGroup’s activities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Delfosse took over from 20 December and succeeds Philippe Lacroix who led ManpowerGroup BeLux for 19 years. After working for almost ten years at Federgon as a legal advisor and then Director of Communications and Public Affairs, Delfosse joined ManpowerGroup in 2012.

ManpowerGroup announced that it has appointed Jan Jacob as country manager, ManpowerGroup Switzerland. Jacob will have responsibllity for the Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions brands. Jacob succeeds Gianni Valeri, who has left the company. Jacob joined the company from the Adecco Group where his most recent role was SVP, Global Sales Operations.

Gi Group India announced that Sonal Arora, who is currently serving as Executive Director of Gi Staffing services has been elevated as Country Manager for Gi Group India with effect from January 2022. Arora has extensive experience of more than two decades in industries such as Media and HR Services Outsourcing. In both the industries, she has handled key responsibilities for Business Planning & Strategy, P&L (profit and loss) growth and Operations.
